RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want everyone to be happy with their Westwood and Hyde Jewellery.
We understand sometimes that this may not be the case. We currently do not accept returns however you may exchange your order for the equivalent value or more.  
Please note that returning an item for an exchange is at the customers expense. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
    To start an exchange, you can get in touch via our
    contact form or alternatively email us directly at info@westwoodandhyde.co.uk

  • If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package and discuss what products to exchange. Once returned you will be sent a PayPal invoice requesting the return delivery amount for us to process your exchange as well as any differences in value should you exchange for something of greater value.

  • We encourage you to send the item back for an exchange using tracked services only.
    We do not provide return shipping labels.
    Items sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted.
    We are not responsible if the item goes missing or is damaged on the way back to us so please package your order with extra care and with trackable service for your own peace of mind.

UK RETURNS

You will be invoiced £2.90 for Tracked delivery for us to ship back to you
We charge less on our website as good will for your original order however in terms of exchanges you must cover the actual cost.
Orders that were offered free delivery are still required to follow this rule.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You will be invoiced £10.55 for Tracked delivery for us to ship back to you.
We charge less on our website as good will for your original order however in terms of exchanges you must cover the actual cost.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may ask for images to help us deal accordingly with your order and you may be asked to return the goods. 

If you have used a discount such as a 3 for 2 coupon code, the free item must be returned too as eligibility for the free jewellery depends on the number of items purchased.

NON RETURNABLE GOODS

Certain types of items cannot be returned for an exchange.

  • Earrings for Hygiene Purposes
  • Sale items or Gift Cards
