Pre-Order items are subject to a wait, you will be able to see the estimated dispatch date in the Pre Order items description.
We offer Pre-order items as our current stock sells out so quickly it allows you to jump the queue when items become available.
You purchase the item and it will be dispatched around the mentioned time. If you order other items along with a pre-order, they will be dispatched together in the same package on the estimated dispatch date for the pre-order.
You will be updated frequently with pre-orders so please ensure to leave your email at checkout. In rare cases there may be delays, however we do monitor this meticulously and in some cases pre-orders are dispatched before the estimated time of arrival.

Please note: The estimated delivery times are estimates given by our couriers. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail is our initial courier for International Orders who then pass it on to your local courier.

International orders may be subject to VAT/Custom charges. The customer is responsible for these charges. Should you reject paying these charges, your order will be sent back to us. You will be refunded minus any delivery charges and we may charge you a restocking fee.

24 hours are needed to pack and process your order and then they are shipped.

During busy periods, custom or large orders we require 2-3 days. 

Our posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Delivery times are only estimated. Please allow up to 14 days for UK orders and 30 days for International as per Royal Mail Guidelines.

A signature is required upon delivery unless your item was sent via Royal Mail 48.

Some International Countries have limited tracking available so you will only be provided an update when your item is ready to be delivered and not a full history of where your order is as it moves through the International Network.

If you need to amend your address, please get in contact ASAP via the contact us form. We will not be able to amend your order once it has been processed and ready to hand over to our courier.

If your order is sent back to us due to incomplete address or non pick up. You can opt to have it resent out to you. Resending fees will be at the customers expense.

If you opt to have a refund, this will be minus any shipping costs you paid or any shipping fees we incurred to send your order out such as if your order was eligible for free delivery to you.

We will contact you to discuss your order if it has been returned to us.
