  • Sale items or orders under the value of £10.00 may be sent with Royal Mail 48 which takes 3-5 Working Days

UK EXPRESS

  • £3.50 flat rate
  • 1-3 Working Days
  • Fully trackable and letterbox friendly. In some cases, a signature may be required
  • £1.00 when you spend over £50.00

INTERNATIONAL

  • £10 flat rate
  • 7-14 Working Days Estimated
  • Fully trackable. Signature required
  • FREE when you spend over £50.00
  • International orders may incur a custom fee. Custom duties are out of our control and we are not responsible for these charges.

EU

Unfortunately we have had to stop shipping to the EU including Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations which have made in incredibly hard for small businesses. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will be looking into shipping again in the future.

DETAILS

The estimated delivery times are estimates given by our couriers.

Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.

24 - 48 hours are needed to pack and process your order before they are shipped.

During busy periods, custom or large orders we require 3-4 days. 

For International orders, Royal Mail is our initial courier who then handover to your local courier.

International orders may be subject to VAT/Custom charges.

The customer is responsible for these charges. Should you reject paying these charges, your order may be sent back to us. In those instances, you will be contacted to discuss reshipping ( customer pays ) or refunded minus any delivery charges and costs incurred to us. We may charge you a restocking fee ( up up 10 % )

Delivery times are only estimated. Please allow up to 14 days for UK orders and 30 days for International as per Royal Mail Guidelines.

A signature may be required upon delivery on some orders.

Some International Countries have limited tracking available so you will only be provided an update when your item is ready to be delivered and not a full history of where your order is as it moves through the International Network.

If you need to amend your address, please get in contact ASAP via the contact us form. We will not be able to amend your order once it has been processed and ready to hand over to our courier.

If your order is sent back to us due to incomplete address or non pick up. You can opt to have it resent out to you. Resending fees will be at the customers expense.

If you opt to have a refund, this will be minus any shipping fees we incurred to send your order, this includes orders that were eligible for free delivery.

We will contact you to discuss your order if it has been returned to us.
