IS YOUR JEWELLERY WATERPROOF?
Yes. 95% of our jewellery is water and tarnish resistant excluding some crystal necklaces and resin earrings due to their design structure.

Our jewellery is made from stainless steel & goes through a specific process called 'PVD coating'. This makes the jewellery more durable when in contact with water.
However, it is recommended to keep all jewellery, including 'waterproof' jewellery, away from chemicals / liquids & perfume to keep them shining brighter for longer. -
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN GIFT WRAP?
Our standard packaging involves packing your item in an organza bag and packaging sleeve with a thank you card which includes a discount code to use on all future orders. This is protected with bubble wrap and cardboard backing in a standard mailing bag.
With gift wrap, you will get a luxurious red velvet bag with our logo stamped in gold, our our new branded frosted bags. The item(s) are placed in a mailing box depending on the size of your order making it a neater presentation.
You can leave an order note at checkout and can personalise the package with recipients name. -
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
We are always looking for ways to be more sustainable. We acknowledge we can do better and will always strive to make improvements.
We reuse bubble wrap and cardboard where possible to keep your order safe through transit. However this is not always possible as our business grows and number of orders increase we have had to purchase these to keep up with orders .
We are currently using recycled mail bags and larger orders are placed in cardboard boxes which can be disposed of in your recycled bin .
Our jewellery bags are made from fabric such as organza and faux velvet. We also offer frosted branded bags.
Some stud earrings are sent in mini plastic storage boxes to protect the back.
They are to be used for you to store your jewellery in and we hope you will re-use them.
Necklaces are hung on Card Paper Backing Cards.
Some products will arrive in plastic or foam sheets to keep them in the best condition during transit.
Although these are not recyclable, these are materials we have re-used. -
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-ordering means guaranteed availability for out of stock products. We offer Pre-order on some of our items as our current stock sells out so quickly it allows you to jump the queue when items become available. We do not do this often as we would prefer the jewellery to be in our hands and quality checked before being available for sale.

ARE YOU SUSTAINBLE?
We all have a responsibility to be sustainable and take accountability for how we care for the environment and workers. We have worked with the same suppliers for a number of years and have built great relationships with them. We have not personally audited our manufacturers factories or visited them. We only work with suppliers who are able to provide certificates to confirm they're products meet REACH standards. We have had discussions with our suppliers about how workers are treated and paid. As of now this is word of mouth. We currently do not purchase in excess and the maximum stock we hold for products are under a 100 each. We donate every month from our profits to build water wells and plant trees and to help those in need.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNT CODES?
We have a discount code for all customers who sign up to our newsletter. The email you provide is used for internal marketing. We understand that having a full inbox can be quite frustrating so we only send marketing emails which we think will be beneficial to you such as Black Friday Deals or updates on a new collection. All orders come with a discount code for you to use on all future orders as a thank you. Our social media sites have individual discount codes, this allows us to track where you found out about us, feel free to follow us to take advantage of these. We do special offers now and again such as our popular 3 for 2 deals. Newsletter subscribers get access to these first! We also have platform related offers e.g. an Instagram offer only.
