Refund policy

We want everyone to be happy with their Westwood and Hyde Jewellery.
We understand sometimes that this may not be the case. We currently do not accept returns however you may exchange your order for the equivalent value or more.  
Please note that returning an item for an exchange is at the customers expense. More information about our process can be found here.
