Shipping policy

 

All items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail is our initial courier for International Orders who then pass it onto your local courier.

24 hours are needed to pack and process your order and then they are shipped.

During busy periods, custom or large orders we require 2-3 days. 

Our posting days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We are currently not able to offer 1st class shipping to the UK. This will be available again in the near future.

A signature is required upon delivery unless your item was sent via Royal Mail 48.

Some International Countries have limited tracking available so you will only be provided an update when your item is ready to be delivered and not a full history of where your order is as it moves through the International Network.

If you need to amend your address, please get in contact ASAP via the contact us form. We will not be able to amend your order once it has been processed and ready to hand over to our courier.

If your order is sent back to us due to incomplete address or non pick up. You can opt to have it resent out to you. Resending fees will be at the customers expense.

If you opt to have a refund, this will be minus any shipping costs you paid or any shipping fees we incurred to send your order out such as if your order was eligible for free delivery to you.

We will contact you to discuss your order if it has been returned to us.
